“Before working with Victoria I struggled with daily ice cream and bread cravings, low energy, mood swings and weight gain. Now, I have more energy then I could have ever imagined; I don’t feel the need to take a nap everyday. I learned how to deconstruct my cravings, and now I don’t get cravings anymore. She taught me how my energy, mood swings and cravings were all tied together. I was introduced to a whole new world of healthy foods that I actually enjoy. I now prepare healthy foods for my family, which was important to me and we sit and eat as a family at least 4 days a week. As a result my relationship with my husband has improved and we have also lost a combined total of 54 pounds! Victoria taught me the importance of nurturing myself and taking time out for myself. Now I don’t jam as many things as possible into my day. I go to the gym 3-4 days a week, I don’t feel a sense of urgency all day and I have learned the importance of slowing down and living in the moment.
